ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS

PUEBCO was founded in Japan in 2007 with a simple philosophy: to create new value from recycled, repurposed, surplus, and found materials. Many of our products are made using reclaimed fabrics, recycled metals, vintage materials, and handcrafted production methods.

As a result, variations in colour, texture, stitching, printing, shape, finish, and material are not considered defects, but rather part of the unique character of each piece. Scratches, marks, fading, dents, repairs, and other signs of previous use may be present and are intentionally preserved as a reflection of the material's history.

No two pieces are exactly alike. These imperfections are an essential part of PUEBCO's design philosophy and are what make each item unique.

We encourage customers to review product photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about a specific item, our team is always happy to help.

 


IN-STORE

Puebco Canada will offer a full refund, exchange, or store credit back on the original method of payment allowed within 14 days of the original purchase. Product must be in original condition with all tags and packaging. Final Sale on sale items. Gift receipt allows for exchange or store credit only. ONLINE

Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and verification and an additional 1-7 business days for delivery.

Please note that we do not ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Have an issue with the order you just placed? Get in touch at info@puebco.ca for any adjustments. Please note that requests made over 12 hours after an order has been placed may not be eligible, as your order is already underway.

We offer free shipping over $119 CAD (before taxes + after discounts).

*Certain oversized items and shipping addresses may be exempt from Free Shipping.

We are unable to predict or take responsibility for any customs or duties incurred in the shipping process.

We currently are shipping to CANADA only, we are not shipping to the UNITED STATES.

We try our best to make sure that your order is delivered on time, but puebco.ca cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, peak periods etc.

All orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping.


ONLINE RETURNS

We always hope that you love everything in your order, but if you're unsatisfied for any reason with any of the items you received, we’re more than happy to offer a refund. Please note that:

 

  • All items must be returned to us within 15 days of receiving your order.

  • All items must be unused, and in their original packaging. 

  • Once received, we will credit back the credit card (or payment option) used.

  • Clothing must be unworn, with their tags attached.  

  • All sale items are FINAL SALE

 

We do not refund shipping on orders and you are responsible for the return postage. We’d advise shipping your return with a tracking number to ensure that the items do not get lost in transit. Returns can be mailed to the address below:

EXCHANGES

Currently, we are unable to accommodate exchanges by mail. We welcome you to return your items by mail, and repurchase the items in your desired size or style. We can accommodate exchanges in-store given the stock is available. 

REFUNDS

Payments will be refunded back onto your original method of payment. Please allow between 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. We can accommodate refunds in-store. 


RETURNING FAULTY / INCORRECT ITEMS

In the event you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please reach out to us at info@puebco.ca and we will happily provide a return shipping label. Once the defective item is received we’ll ship out a replacement. We can accommodate this issue in-store given the stock is available.
