We offer flat rate shipping on all orders! Easy, right? Here are the rates:
Under $75 CAD (before taxes + after discounts): $10 CAD
Over $75 CAD (before taxes + after discounts): FREE!*
Orders are shipped via Canada Post from our warehouse in Toronto.
*Certain oversized items and shipping addresses may be exempt from Free Shipping.
We are unable to predict or take responsibility for any customs or duties incurred in the shipping process.
We try our best to make sure that your order is delivered on time, but puebco.ca cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, peak periods etc.
All orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping.
We always hope that you love everything in your order, but if you're unsatisfied for any reason with any of the items you received, we’re more than happy to offer a refund. Please note that:
Items must be shipped back within 30 days of receiving product.
All items must be unused, and in their original packaging.
Once received, we will credit back the credit card (or payment option) used.
Clothing must be unworn, with their tags attached.
We do not refund shipping on orders and you are responsible for the return postage. We’d advise shipping your return with a tracking number to ensure that the items do not get lost in transit. Returns can be mailed to the address below:

Apothecary is final sale and cannot be returned for a refund.
Holiday Return Policy
Full-priced items purchased from November 1st - December 24th may be returned for a full refund until January 24th with original receipt.
Any Sale or items purchased on promotion from November 1st - December 24th may be exchanged or issued a store credit with original receipt.
Currently, we are unable to accommodate exchanges by mail. We welcome you to return your items by mail, and repurchase the items in your desired size or style.
Payments will be refunded back onto your original method of payment. Please allow between 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.
Sale Items will be refunded via store credit in the form of a Gift Card.
Returning Faulty/Incorrect Items
In the event you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will happily provide a return shipping label. Once the defective item is received we’ll ship out a replacement.
